The house is organised around distances, not rooms.

The starting point was a family that wanted to stay visually connected without living in one continuous open plan. The central court creates a shared reference point while allowing bedrooms, work areas and everyday service spaces to maintain different levels of privacy. Deep edges, covered transitions and planting soften the movement between inside and outside without turning the courtyard into a decorative object.
